Graham County information

* Social distancing is being enforced in within the county government and education systems. Citizens are being strongly encouraged to limit movement outside of their home. This ensures COVID-19 does not have the opportunity to get a foothold in the community. We have a large population of at-risk individuals in this county, and it is our duty to protect them.
* Schools are closed until March 30, 2020.
* Graham County government offices are closed to walk-ins. Please call ahead to get guidance on receiving the services you are seeking.
* Graham County Health Department is still providing services; however, you will be screened when you arrive. If you are having cold or flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath) please call ahead. You will need to seek alternative medical care before coming to the health department.
* Some restaurants are changing to pick up/take out/drive through only. This is optional at this time, and is not being enforced by the health department. Whether a restaurant chooses to do this or not is up to that business. Call ahead to see whether the restaurant is accepting sit-down patrons.
* County Commissioner meetings are being down via conference call in order to comply with social distancing. See the Graham County Government Facebook page for more information.
